Sarah explains, “Music for Body, Mind and Soul is about the art of listening; it’s about being immersed in the music and listening as a whole person.  Spanish Sonata is a great vehicle for getting this concept across because you can engage with it at many different levels – through picture, story and emotion.”

The four Music for Body, Mind and Soul programmes are being released as YouTube premieres on four Fridays in February at 7.00pm and will then be available on YouTube. The series is currently being trailed – https://www.home-stage.co.uk/body-mind-and-soul

Spanish Sonata is currently on the Trinity Syllabus at Grade 7 and on the Associated Board syllabus at Grades 7 and 8.
